A critical and creative platform open to those who have the desire to give an aesthetic and intellectual profile to our times ZEUSI – contemporary languages of all times is a biannual art and culture magazine produced by the Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli (directed by Giuseppe Gaeta), written by its Institute of Art History and published by Arte_m. It is open to and intended for art historians, artists, writers, philosophers, journalists and scholars of various backgrounds. The zero issue of the magazine was published in December 2014 and it is currently on its seventh issue.
The legendary Greek painter Zeusi is its tutelary deity because, as is recounted in the ancient myth, the grapes he painted deceived even the birds, who tried to peck them: Zeusi therefore symbolises the power and the mystery of art, of all artforms from all time periods.
