A reading event revolving around Maria Lai’s “sewn fables”, dedicated to families.
Who was Maria Lai? What is a “sewn fable”? What role did sewing play in the artist’s work? On the occasion of the first of two events dedicated to fables called “Holding the sun by the hand”, an expert educator will go through the pages of the Sardinian artist’s “sewn book” in order to guide us on a journey from darkness to light, namely the beginning and the end of everything.
