Students from Rome’s Aristofane High School will be waiting for you in the Flaminio quarter to act as “cultural mediators” who will illustrate the most important architectural works in the area, in the places they have studied during their course; an opportunity to ask questions, ask for information and discover details and curiosities.
Il percorso di formazione
Between December 2014 and March 2015 60 students from the “Aristofane” Classical High School in Rome attended a course on the modern and contemporary architecture of the Flaminio quarter and the surrounding area. They visited and studied MAXXI and neighbouring significant works of architecture together with their teachers and the museum’s Education Department.
In the months of April and May 2015 a smaller group of volunteers planned and realised an exploration through images, choosing contents and idioms and appearing in person in short videos that present the chosen architecture to their peers.
The video-guides created by adolescents for adolescents will be published on YouTube.
In collaboration with the “Aristofane” Classical and Linguistic High School (Rome)
