With the book “Storie in cucina. Ricordi, racconti e ricette” (published by Contrasto), the author leads us to discover new flavours, special places, alluring fantasies and precious recipes.
The book is embellished with black and white photographs by Gianni Berengo Gardin that immortalise stoves, spread tables and food.
Participating at the presentation with the author will be Gianni Berengo Gardin, photographer, Marino Niola, anthropologist of the contemporary and Elisabetta Moro, professor of Cultural Anthropology. Pippo Ciorra, Senior Curator MAXXI Architettura, introduces.
