An opportunity to explore together with the two artists the installation for voice and kinematics on show in the museum, born out of their collaboration that began in 2013.
In the songs of Francesco De Gregori there are sounds close to folk music, while in the texts feature passages with an intimate, poetic-literary inspiration and others with an ethical-political matrix. The installations of Lucia Romualdi are scores for light (figures, numerical diagrams, tide tables and star charts) that are illuminated and extinguished rhythmically, filling the space with an innovative force and highly evocative sounds. A mathematical lyricism that also draws on the processes typical of cinematic editing, in a close dialogue with the music that is an integral part of the work.
Featuring
Lucia Romualdi and Francesco De Gregori
