The 10th Rome Film Fest comes back as a great party. For ten days, the building designed by the Italian architect Renzo Piano will be its centre but not only. The Fest will involve the rest of the Capital city and the MAXXI museum as well.

Chile, 1988. International pressure forces Augusto Pinochet, the dictator who has been in power for 15 years, to organize a referendum on his presidency. The people must decide whether or not to confirm him for the next 8 years. The opposition parties are granted freedom of speech for the first time, and entrust their campaign to advertising professional René Saavedra. They have few resources, the government uses every possible means of propaganda or coercion and the opposition parties are stressed and disoriented: none of this will prevent René however from coming up with a brilliant advertising strategy.
