MAXXI for familiesOggetti incredibili e come progettarli
The artistic duo describes the project behind the work, curated by Cloe Piccoli, one of the Italian Council (2022) 11th edition winners.
Ritratto di città takes its name from the first sound composition by Luciano Berio and Bruno Maderna, which, in 1954, inaugurated the experimental practices of the Studio di Fonologia RAI in Milan. MASBEDO reenacted that innovative experience, which, starting from electronic music broadcasted by radio, expanded into a broad vision involving architecture, art, design, and literature as elements of civil and democratic rebirth.
