A discussion on the relationship between the arts and ‘food’, understood as a cultural, social and economic factor.

The talk focuses on the relationship between the creation of a food product and the creativity of an artist straddling culture, history, art, and food. Food is a universal language that goes beyond nutrition, transforming into an art form capable of touching the most sensitive emotional chords.
