An event with the protagonists of the exhibition that recounts and analyses the links between jewels and architecture
Connections, structures, weight and volume distribution: a lexicon shared by jewellery and architecture, discussed and interpreted by Domitilla Dardi together with the authors involved by the MAXXI in the Corpo Movimento Struttura exhibition. The link between small scale and large scale will be analysed through the work of six internationally renowned masters – Babetto, Bielander, Britton, Cecchi, Chang, Sajet – thereby shedding new light on some features of contemporary jewellery.
Together with Domitilla Dardi, curator of the exhibition, Giampaolo Babetto, David Bielander, Helen Britton, Monica Cecchi and Philip Sajet will celebrate Peter Chang and his work, a few days after his premature death.
